About KLOW

KLOW is a four-peptide research blend combining GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500, and KPV in a single vial. Each component is independently well-studied — GHK-Cu for copper-dependent collagen and elastin signaling, BPC-157 and TB-500 for cytoprotective activity and cell-migration research relevant to tissue remodeling and angiogenesis, and KPV for NF-κB pathway inhibition and anti-inflammatory signaling. Combining them into one vial is intended to let researchers study these complementary mechanisms concurrently rather than reconstituting and dosing four separate compounds.

As with any GHK-Cu-containing formulation, reconstituted KLOW solution may carry a light blue tint from the copper-peptide complex — this is expected and indicates intact compound, not degradation.

Reconstitution
Reconstitute with 8 mL Bacteriostatic Water for the 80mg vial (10 mg/mL blend concentration). As a four-peptide blend it may take 60–90 seconds of gentle swirling to fully dissolve — this is normal. Solution may carry a light blue tint from the GHK-Cu component; this is expected. Inject BAC Water slowly down the vial wall. Refrigerate at 2–8°C after reconstitution. Stable 28–42 days. Visit our full Reconstitution Guide and Dosing Calculator for detailed instructions. Research Applications

KLOW is studied for combined effects across collagen and elastin synthesis, tissue remodeling, angiogenesis, cell migration, and anti-inflammatory pathway modulation. Researchers use multi-peptide blends like KLOW to investigate interaction effects between complementary mechanisms — copper-dependent signaling, cytoprotective repair pathways, and NF-κB inhibition — within a single experimental model rather than as isolated compounds.

Common Questions

What is in the KLOW blend?
KLOW combines four research peptides in a single vial: GHK-Cu (copper-dependent collagen signaling), BPC-157 and TB-500 (cytoprotective and cell-migration research), and KPV (NF-κB pathway inhibition and anti-inflammatory signaling). The blend is studied for complementary effects across tissue remodeling, angiogenesis, and inflammatory pathway research.
How do I reconstitute KLOW?
Use 8 mL Bacteriostatic Water for the 80mg vial (10 mg/mL). As a four-peptide blend it may take longer than a single-compound vial to fully dissolve — 60–90 seconds of gentle swirling is normal. Refrigerate at 2–8°C after reconstitution. Stable 28–42 days.
Why does the KLOW solution turn blue?
KLOW contains GHK-Cu, which forms a blue copper-peptide complex in solution. A light blue tint after reconstitution is normal and indicates intact GHK-Cu within the blend.
Is KLOW available for purchase yet?
